Terms of Service

Payment

- I only accept payment via Paypal. I will invoice you upon accepting your commission request and payment must be received before I begin working on your commission.- For most commissions, the project must be paid in full before I begin your commission.- For longer length commissions, I will accept payment in installments. At least half must be paid upfront. The remaining balance must be paid before I send your finished commission.- I will work with the initial inquiry for your request. Any additional requests will come with a revision fee dependent on the amount of work already completed.- Private commissions will incur an extra fee depending on the project length.- Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If I cannot complete your commission due to circumstances of my own, I will offer a full refund.- Completed and approved commissions will not be refunded under any circumstances.

AI Usage Policy

I do not allow under any circumstances for my work to be used with any AI or AI training. Usage is including but not limited to:- Altering the work in any way, shape or form using AI.
- Feeding the work into an AI. This includes C.AI, J.AI, Grok, Chat GPT, or ANY OTHER AI tool.
- Creating bots/scenarios from any of my written works; private or public.
- Using the work to replicate my style with AI.
- Approving and/or applauding of someone else doing any of the above.This applies to past, present and future commissions.In case of the ToS being broken, access to the work will be revoked and you will be denied allowance to future commissions with me. There will be NO REFUNDS.

Other

- I specialize in reader-inserts. If you would like something OTHER than a reader-insert, please be sure to specify!- All commissions are considered public and may only be posted by me UNLESS you request a private commission.- Commissions may not be re-posted without explicit, written consent from me.- You must be 18+ to order a NSFW commission!!- I have the right to refuse any requests.- I have the right to post any commissions UNLESS it is private. Posted work will not name the commissioner.- Time frame per commission will vary depending on length and my schedule. I will give you an estimated completion date after approving your request.
